Returns & Exchange
Products purchased on revrunhappystore.com may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery receipt in accordance with our policy hereinbelow. No refunds will be given by revrunhappystore.com but returns/exchanges may be allowed subject to our policy herein. No refunds will be given for shipping fees.
Should you need to return a product to us please take note of the following:-
- Email us at [email protected] with the following information: Order Number and Reason for Return/Exchange.
- We will respond with confirmation whether the product is acceptable for return/exchange and reply you accordingly by e-mail.
- Returns can be delivered to us by Pos Laju (with tracking number) or dropping it off to us at:

Shoe Boxes: When returning shoes, please ensure you pack them inside the original shoe box. Shoes must be unworn and in good and clean original condition. Should the packaging be marked/damaged or be in unsatisfactory condition, we will not be able to accept your return as we will not be able to resell the product.
- For exchanges ~ only size and color changes are permitted for the same product, subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange to a different item/product, no refunds will be given if the new item/product has a lower value. If there is a price difference, you will need to top up and pay the difference before the new product is shipped to you. All shipping costs incurred for exchanges shall be borne by Customer.
- Once the product has been received by us and assessed we will process the return/exchange.
- Kindly take note that all 2XU brand items are non returnable, non exchangeable & non refundable unless in the unlikely event the item is faulty or wrong item delivered by us.
- Purchases of Sale/Clearance items from revrunhappystore.com are final/non exchangeable/ non returnable.
